Getting ready for the Food Festival 2023
The APL Media Events Team are working hard at the Business Design Centre to set up for the National Geographic Traveller (UK) Food Festival, taking place this weekend (15-16 July).
Here’s a sneak preview of some of the behind-the-scenes action:
Plan your day using the 2023 schedule so you don’t miss highlights such as John Torode’s return to the festival (marked by his staple wok-fried Singapore lobster served with corn bread muffins), Andi Oliver discussing her new book, The Pepperpot Diaries, Aman Lakhiani’s masterclass on the art of hamachi butchery and American whisky expert James Lake’s guided bourbon tasting.
If you’re yet to book your tickets, what are you waiting for? Head to ngtfoodfestivaltickets.co.uk to grab the final few.
