Meet the team Mondays week two: Production team 

The Meet the Team Mondays series continues with a spotlight on the Production team, introducing the people who work across APL Media’s portfolio to bring content from planning to publication. 

The Production team manage a wide range of work across print and digital, from national press content and campaigns to commercial management and client liaison. 

Production manager 

Daniel Gregory 
Dan leads the team at APL Media to deliver high-quality publishing projects, manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders and keep moving parts running smoothly. He enjoys solving problems and finding smarter ways of working. 

Production coordinators 

Anthony Wright — The Telegraph spreads 
Anthony is responsible for managing a weekly broadsheet project in partnership with The Telegraph. He’s responsible for creating advertorial layouts, liaising directly with clients and ensuring all content meets both client expectations and publication standards. 

Lisa Poston — print DR 
Lisa heads up the newspaper production team at APL Media. She manages The Telegraph publications and oversees the team working on The Guardian and London Standard features, including designing advertorials, processing adverts and collating all material for the final pages to go to print. 

Drew O’Neill — digital DR 
Drew delivers content campaigns for some of the UK’s leading media brands, including The IndependentThe Telegraph and Evening Standard. He oversees the digital production team, managing end-to-end campaign delivery across multiple projects and enjoys building strong relationships, improving workflows and helping teams work more effectively. 

Production controllers — print 

Karl Martins  
Karl manages the end-to-end production of print publications for Living360 across major UK newspapers, including The GuardianLondon Standard and The Telegraph. He coordinates workflows from initial booking through to print and digital release, ensuring all commercial content meets strict technical and regulatory standards. 

Ben Durston  
Ben manage the production lifecycle of national newspaper supplements and advertising campaigns across The GuardianLondon StandardThe TelegraphThe i Paper and for Living360 and is responsible for delivering high-quality supplements across leading UK national newspaper titles, from concept to press and digital release. 

Gordon Wallis  
Gordon works on the publications to accompany London Standard to help clients turn their text and images into eye-catching print advertorials. His technical pre-press background spans more than 20 years and magazines covering lifestyle, education, handcrafts, engineering and performing arts. 

Production controllers — digital display and online content listings 

Fazal Miah  
Fazal works on digital content production and project delivery for leading media brands including The IndependentThe Telegraph and London Standard for multi-channel digital campaigns across a range of sectors, including travel, health, finance, legal, education, technology, charities and food and drink.  

Mwape Kapambwe  
Mwape manages the digital production process for advertising campaigns featured on telegraph.co.uk. She works closely with clients, sales teams and APL Media’s editorial team to coordinate content, oversee proofing, manage feedback and approvals and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule. 

Production controllers — magazines: National Geographic Traveller (UK), The Collection, branded content and travel trade 

Natasha Ullman  
Natasha oversees the production of branded content at National Geographic Traveller (UK) and the destination-focused section by the Collection by National Geographic Traveller (UK) across print and digital. She manages commercial campaigns, overseeing scheduling, collaborating with editorial and sales teams to deliver impactful, multi-platform content.  

Vinny Bains 
Vinny contributes to the creation and delivery of The Collection by National Geographic Traveller (UK), supporting the production process from concept through to publication to bring each issue together seamlessly, delivering engaging and polished magazine content. 

Joe Mendonca 
Joe oversees the production of APL Media’s key titles, including National Geographic Traveller (UK) and the ASTA Worldwide Destination Guide and is the crucial link between clients, commercial partners and editorial teams to ensure a seamless publishing process. 

Meet the Team Mondays will continue over the coming months, introducing colleagues from across APL Media and offering the chance to put faces to the names behind the brands.
