Travel Media Awards 2015 winners announced
9 November 2015, London: The Travel Media Awards 2015 are pleased to announce this year’s winners, following a glamorous awards ceremony held at St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel London on Monday 9 November.
The event was attended by the UK’s top travel media, with 20 publications, broadcasters, journalists and photographers each collecting a prestigious award. Matthew Jackson, managing director of APL Media, said, “The Travel Media Awards have been a huge success with an exceptionally high standard of entries. Our judges had some difficult decisions to make and we’d like to congratulate all the winners and entrants. With over 200 people attending, the awards were a great success and we’re now looking forward to next year.”
Entrants to the awards included consumer and trade magazines, national newspapers, broadcasters, regional titles, travel writers and photographers. A panel of over 50 travel industry and media experts then narrowed the field down to a shortlist of four or five in each category before selecting the winners.
