LONDON (Wednesday, 7 November 2018): National Geographic Traveller Food urges food lovers to embrace the season and indulge in some classic cold-weather cuisine. In the latest issue, distributed free with the December’s National Geographic Traveller, we’ve searched the world’s most wondrous winter destination and selected 18 hearty, comforting dishes — from Tuscan bean soup and Swiss fondue to German goose and Nepalese dumplings, these winter warmers are truly worth seeking out.
