Focusing on all things London, this 32-page guide delved into finance, fitness and food. From expert advice on how to achieve your dream job to exploring regenerative farming and its impact on our diets, each piece provided readers with valuable takeaways and guidance.

New Year, Fresh Start – The Guardian  
13 January 2024 

Comprising a hefty 41 pages, this guide emphasised the importance of looking after yourself.
