Here are the products and events the APL Media team worked on in April:

My Home, My Garden — out on 10 April with the Daily Mail
This issue of My Home, My Garden looks at the best ways to style wallpaper, explains how to create a countryside cottage garden, puts three restaurant meal kits to the test and examines the best equipment to shake up at-home workouts.

Food & Drink — out on 19 April with the Evening Standard
The latest food and drink trends on the horizon, the basics of mixology and ways to use watermelon from around the world all feature in this lifestyle insert.

The Masterclasses online — 19 to 21 April
National Geographic Traveller (UK) brought back The Masterclasses with a series of online lectures and workshops. A total of six one-hour sessions over the course of three evenings brought together the magazine’s senior editors, art directors, contributors and photographers to illuminate the art of travel writing and photography. You can read the takeaways from the first day’s classes, the second day’s classes and the third day’s classes.

The Telegraph on Saturday spreads — out each Saturday
APL Media’s newspaper division produces a weekly, branded-content double-page spread for The Telegraph on Saturday. In April, these spreads focused on healthcare innovations; homes and gardens; health, fitness and wellbeing; and British culture.

Family Values — out on 26 April with the Evening Standard
Inside this issue, explore the government’s plans to help children catch up on their education, hear from experts on how best to support children’s mental health and discover some of the family travel trends to expect this year. There’s also advice for anyone making the difficult decision to divorce their partner.

National Geographic Traveller’s Travel Geeks online: cities, culture and cuisine of Italy — on 27 April
This event, hosted by National Geographic Traveller and sponsored by Citalia, helped the audience discover lesser-known sides of the much-loved country. National Geographic Traveller’s commissioning editor Connor McGovern moderated a discussion with the magazine’s associate editor Sarah Barrell, travel blogger Federica Rustico, chef Joe Hurd and Heather Green, of Citalia. National Geographic Traveller June 2021 issue — out on 6 May
The June issue of National Geographic Traveller focuses on the highlights of the Iberian interior: the sprawling plains of La Mancha, alternatives to the Camino de Santiago and the capital city, Madrid. Elsewhere, explore Chile’s otherworldly Atacama Desert; discover Houston’s rooftop bars and quirky museums; delve into the homegrown produce of Hawke’s Bay in New Zealand; and plan a long weekend in Anglesey, Wales. Urban stories focus on Dublin, Hong Kong and Kyoto.
