Food by National Geographic Traveller (UK)’s spring issue celebrates herbs around the world
London (1 March ) — Explore herbs around the world in Food’s spring cover story, from dill in Sweden to curry leaves in South Asia.
In the new issue, the magazine takes a deep dive into how herbs are used in various global food cultures and countries including Thailand, where the whole coriander plant, from root to leaf, is an essential ingredient, and Jamaica, where thyme gives flavour to iconic dishes like jerk chicken.
Plus, we explore North African cuisine in Marseille, share a family meal of homegrown produce and handmade pasta in Italy’s Basilicata region, and explore the flourishing food scene in New York’s Hudson Valley. All this, plus the best of Brussels, Kuala Lumpur and more, in the spring issue of Food by National Geographic Traveller (UK).
