Living360’s Made to Move campaign continues to empower women and highlight the issues being faced in sport
APL Media’s digital lifestyle website Living360 launched its Made to Move campaign in July and is continuing to shed light on the challenges that women face in sport.
From research-led pieces to exclusive interviews with female athletes, the series of features aims to showcase the benefits of regular movement and exercise, while also spotlighting the barriers that women continue to face.
Since its launch, the campaign has been sharing expert advice, first-hand experiences and exercise tips to help women reach their goals, embrace sport and adapt their training plans to their bodies.
Anna Evdokimou, acting editor, said: “The Made to Move campaign has been a real demonstration of Living360’s ethos — which is to inspire and encourage women to take a 360-degree approach to wellness. Through interviews with women like professional cyclist Lizzie Deignan, along with in-depth features on the fundamental issues surrounding nutrition, menstrual cycles and accessibility, this campaign is equipping women with the knowledge they need to move better for longer.”
“As the campaign continues, readers can expect more exclusive content, interviews with leading sports stars and an exciting upcoming competition!”
