National Geographic Traveller (UK) has been shortlisted in two categories in The LATA Media Awards 2024. These celebrate the best travel content published in the UK, recognising and rewarding articles, blogs, photography and social media content that promote travel to and around Latin America. 

The two categories are: 

Best Latin American Travel Feature – magazine (online or print) 

• Amelia Duggan — The ultimate Costa Rican Adventure 
• Sarah Marshall — Life in the Saddle  
• Sorrel Moseley-Williams — Into the Fold   

Best Published Latin America Travel Image 

• Giulia Verdinelli — Photo Story: Savouring the Street Food of Oaxaca, Mexico 
• Karolina Wiercigroch — Lima: A Culinary Renaissance 
• Jamie Lafferty — The Ultimate Andes Road Trip, from Chile to Bolivia 

The winners will be announced at Gaucho Piccadilly on Tuesday 24 September 2024.
