Discover what makes the vineyard city of Adelaide and the surrounding wine regions so special during a National Geographic Traveller (UK) event sponsored by SA Tourism, which will be broadcast live on 1 June.

The virtual session will see multi-award-winning wine expert Olly Smith and an expert panel — including wine writer Nina Caplan, broadcaster Nick Baker and Australian chef Alexis Noble — discuss the people, food, drink and landscapes that make this such an inspirational destination. The free-to-watch event will include short films from winemakers and wine tasting, too.

A list of wines, which are easily available to purchase, and detailed tasting notes will be sent to the audience before the event, giving viewers the chance to taste the region along with the panel. There are also a limited number of VIP tickets available, which include a tasting box with six wines and give exclusive access to a 30-minute Q&A with the panel.
