National Geographic Traveller (UK) The Africa Collection out now

London, 6 April 2021: The 2021 edition of National Geographic Traveller (UK) The Africa Collection looks at the latest trends and products available across the continent. With safari topping many visitors’ wish lists, The Africa Collection considers how the experience has evolved in post-Pandemic times; looks at Africa’s best beaches; considers its historical heritage; and focuses on conservation success stories over the past year.

The Africa Collection editor, Zane Henry, said: “The world is changing; there’s a sense of optimism in the air, a feeling that everything will continue to get better as we move forward. This optimism is carrying over to the world of travel, too, including the African sector. Visitors are ready to head back to this continent of wide-open skies and thrilling wildlife to create memories that will last a lifetime.

“Safaris are perennially popular, so we take a look at iconic wildlife adventures, as well as some innovative itineraries. We also round up the top beach destinations on the continent and some of its most important historical sites. Elsewhere, we celebrate conservation success stories and talk to an expert about how travel to Africa has changed over the past year.”

The new issue of National Geographic Traveller (UK) The Africa Collection is available for £6.99 via subscription and on newsstands. It’s also available on the nationalgeographic.co.uk website.
