Digital content creation
We manage the National Geographic Traveller brand, including the travel section of nationalgeographic.co.uk, one of the UK’s leading travel websites, receiving over two million page views a year.
With a full suite of custom storytelling products and the creative capabilities of our award-winning studio, we work collaboratively with advertisers to create engaging branded content for distribution across all platforms.
APL Media’s newspaper division creates digital native content for a range of titles, including Express, The Independent, The Week and City AM, tailor-made for each publisher’s tone and audience. Produced using a ‘top 10’ format, the editorially led features cover various lifestyle subjects, from homes and gardens to health, fitness and wellbeing.
Purpose-built websites
To further increase the reach of a 36-page guide created for the Council for Higher Education of Israel (CHE), we reproduced the content on a custom-made microsite. The Israeli Academia website gives users the option to receive information and updates from the higher education institutions featured in the magazine, request a free copy of the publication or watch additional videos.
As part of this campaign for South African Tourism, the country’s official tourist board, we created a unique lightbox-style website showcasing 12 bespoke videos. This website can be embedded on any site, allowing South African Tourism to include the content anywhere on its site — as well as on its partners’ sites — without having to develop additional sections.
Living360 is a digital lifestyle destination keeping readers up to date with health and fitness, food and drink, homes and gardens, beauty, travel and finance. It provides inspirational content and experiential features alongside tailored lifestyle guides, luxury reviews and insightful interviews with celebrities, influencers, athletes and industry experts.
The Travel Media Awards was created by, and is owned and operated under, a joint venture agreement between Travega and APL Media Limited. It is widely recognised as the premier awards event in travel media, and is the only UK national awards exclusively recognising excellence and achievement across all forms of travel media.
