The Grand Tour of Catalonia: A Culinary Journey

In 2025, Catalonia will become the first territory in Europe to be named World Region of Gastronomy, an award that highlights the rich variety of its agriculture and cuisine.

Those who journey though the craggy peaks of Catalonia's mountainous interior and the pristine beaches of its coastal shores can sample everything from fresh seafood and award-winning wines to traditional liquors and hearty alpine cuisine. The best way to do it? The Grand Tour of Catalonia, a specially designed circular road trip that aims to offer travellers the best experience of the region.

People of Ecuador: A Tapestry of Culture

From the dramatic Andean peaks to the verdant Amazon rainforest, Ecuador offers a vibrant tapestry of culture to discover. Travellers can explore how heritage and conservation combine in the country’s mountainous north, learn about how female-led initiatives are revitalising traditions in the Amazon and savour lesser-known local cuisine in the country’s capital.

The name ‘Ecuador’ comes from the Spanish word for ‘equator’ — the place where the sun is at its highest — and this special relationship with the sun can be felt throughout the country’s communities, fields and festivals.

South Africa: Meet your Guides

This campaign presents South Africa through the voices of the people who know it best, the tour guides, to show the human faces behind the country. We chose 12 guides — two per travel ‘theme’, based on the types of trip that travellers might book — and featured them across multiple channels, including YouTube and a unique lightbox-style website showcasing 12 bespoke videos.
