
A year of National Geographic Traveller (UK)’s digital covers in review
Animated covers accompanying National Geographic Traveller (UK) magazine have allowed for a whole new level of immersion since their introduction in March 2025. Whether it’s scenic shots of Vietnam’s rolling landscapes or the dynamic culture of Spain, the award-winning cover stories have been brought to life with the help of the print, digital and design teams.
Becky Redman, art director at National Geographic Traveller (UK), said: “We have welcomed the creative challenge of finding the best video that also reflects the inner pages of the cover story. Once it’s done, however, it’s an intense feeling of completion.”
